Week 1 - Alive at 45

Hey, my name is Matt Silver! Growing up if you asked me how long I was going to live I would've answered you in one of two ways. When I was younger, I would have said 130 because of the way medical science has extended life. In high school I would have said, I probably won't see 30 because I loved living the "wild" and good life. On my dirt–bike – we could never ride hard enough, on a skateboard – things never were big enough. These are just a few examples. Truth be told, it was that carefree attitude that kept me from living in such a way that I was mindful of the future. I always had a, "It will work itself out" attitude. I hope this book will put your future in perspective. I hope this book will help you think about your life "Beyond the Yearbook!
